Although there can be many disturbingly accurate information in how Hollywood depicts these things, it is truth mixed with lies as is true in everything. We may want to forget everything we think we have learned from Hollywood or Netflix about exorcisms, hauntings, SCI-FI thrillers etc. as well as everything we have ever heard from alleged exorcists or the Catholic Church most of it isn’t entirely true and it tends to be over dramatized.
“Mental illness” is a form of Spirit oppression and “schizophrenia” can be an example of Spirit possession depending on the symptoms.
Seeing saints from the scriptures
Beautiful Minds is a great illustration of what spirit torment can look like in the form of voices, visions and paranoia.

This isn’t even half of it.
Subtle “grinding” or pains that seems to move in a circular whirl. Like something is spinning or grinding into your head.
Extreme pulsations in one area or pulsations in multiple areas that are off rythmn and don’t match as though you have several heart beats that are off rtyhmn with one another.
In my opinion, possession will be along the lines of literally not being able to control your actions and having no idea why you are doing certain things at all. Sort of like what one may experience during a black out from alcohol or a date rape drug. Or total control like what is seen in the plant toxin “Devil’s breath”.
Ability to stare directly into the sun
During my episode with what I believe was possession. I wandered around my town in the middle of the night for hours with no shoes on.

She literally was able to see one while we were on the phone and she couldn’t believe it. The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
